FletcoLine: Smart architecture driven by AI - an active player in climate protection and has received the Techtextil Innovation Award
The building sector is a sleeping giant in climate protection: roughly 34% of global CO, emissions come from the construction and operation of buildings.
FlectoLine demonstrates how to utilize this opportunity by developing smart, nature-responsive alternatives to static building envelopes. Our project has received the Techtextil Innovation Award 2026 in the "New Product" category. FlectoLine shows that sustainable concepts can actively meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and design. The project was carried out in close collaboration with industry and academic partners.

* An over two-meter-high working prototype of the FlectoLine façade can be experienced live at the Techtextil Innovation Awards special area of the Techtextil at the Frankfurt Trade Fair.
